Koios deliver Document Management and Collaborative Working Environments (CWE) centred on Microsoft Sharepoint 2007. By linking this with our approach to analysis of soft as well as hard systems, we are able to improve processes, drive efficiencies and improve ways of working. Where these improvements have been so pronounced that we now provide Information Analysis Support as formal outsourced service.

For example, for the UK MoD, the Koios approach has transformed MoD processes for the configuration management of a key group of NATO Standards. Koios capability has innovated service delivery through enabling significant improvements and efficiencies in ways of working and providing significant cost-savings. The capability has been instrumental in improving individual performance for subject matter experts involved in service delivery, as well as increasing organisational performance through major improvements in effectiveness in staffing, governance and configuration management across the customer’s stakeholder community. A derivative of the capability has been developed for NATO and the wider community.
